SUPER LIGHT BOARD FOR SOUNDPROOF AND INSULATION, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING WALL USING THE BOARD

An ultra-lightweight soundproof insulation board and a wall construction method using the same are provided to have excellent adiabatic, soundproof and fireproof efficiencies, not to be harmful to the human body, to be ultra-lightweight and to make construction simple. An ultra-lightweight soundproof insulation board(50) comprises a central foam glass board(51) made by mixing 76~84 weight percent glass powder, 6~10 weight percent borax and 10~14 weight percent aluminum foaming agent and foaming, and then compressing, and a magnesium board(52) attached to two sides of the foam glass board to reinforce the surface and made of magnesium and wheat straw. A wall construction method using the ultra-lightweight soundproof insulation board comprises the steps of fixing a C-shaped upper runner(21) to an upper slab(11) by a piece, fixing an L-shaped lower runner(25) to a lower slab(12) located on the vertical lower part of the upper runner, installing an ultra-lightweight soundproof insulation board between the C-shaped upper runner and the L-shaped lower runner and inserting an upper cushion(26) and a lower cushion(27) to the upper part and the lower part, and fixing an L-shaped lower runner(25') to a lower slab at the other side of the ultra-lightweight soundproof insulation board fixed with the L-shaped lower runner.
