A control apparatus for extraction and supply of an insert nut is provided to supply the insert nut on a insert nut fixing pin of a fixing mod correctly by performing minute location control. A control apparatus for extraction and supply of an insert nut includes a computer for insert nut extraction and supply control, a motor driving part, a lower part sliding stand(130), a servo motor, a screw rod, a lower linear-shaped moving unit(126), an upper sliding stand(140), an upper linear-shaped moving unit(152), a first air cylinder, and a jig(170). The computer outputs a first driving control signal, a run control signal, and a second driving control signal. The motor driving part outputs a motor driving control signal. The servo motor is installed at one side of the lower part sliding stand, and is driven by the motor driving control signal. The screw rod is rotated by driving of the servo motor, and installed to a linear direction on the lower part sliding stand. The upper sliding stand is mounted on the lower linear-shaped moving unit. The insert nut is supplied to an insert nut fixing pin of a fixing mold. |
