The invention refers to electrical engineering domain and can be applied in the wind energy installations. The aim of the invention is to increase the range of induction generator rotation frequency appliation. Three-phase controlled rectifier 5 is connected in parallel with the stator winding of the induction machine. The rectifier in its turn is connected to supercapacitor 6. DC regulator 8 and DC-AC converter 7 are also in parallel with the supercapacitor. DC regulator 7 is connected with two windings of the machine phase rotor, but zero-point chopper 4 is joined to rotor phase winding 3. As the rotation frequency of rotor 11 is higher than synchronous rotation frequency of the machine it operates in the generator mode, but under the opposite conditions that is of synchronous generator mode.
