A portable terminal having a separated type antenna module is provided to separate an antenna module from a main body in the inside like a car or an office and install the antenna module in a location where receiving sensitivity is good for navigation, GPS, DMB or mobile communication, thereby improving receiving strength of a microwave. A portable terminal(100) comprises an antenna module(120), a reel, a winding unit, and a winding limit unit. The antenna module is detachably combined with a main body(110) and connected to a cable(111) drawn form the main body. The antenna module receives a microwave. A reel is installed to wind a cable on the inside of the main body. The winding unit winds the cable on the reel by providing rotation power. The winding limit unit limits that the cable is wound on the reel.
