A mobile terminal and a telephone call control method thereof are provided to enable a user to select a particular call service or a caller on a touch screen. A display unit(151) displays additional service information and the connection information for each party in a call conversation. A user operator selects one person among the other parties by a particular key or a touch input, and enables the other party in a call-connection state or a standby state. A controller(180) displays state information for the state of the other party on a screen.
