A test tray transferring device, a test handler, and a test tray using the same are provided to control a loading process and an unloading process by separating a loading unit and an unloading unit. A first transfer apparatus(110) includes a first transfer unit(120) transferring a test tray from a first unloading unit(24) to a moving region(30) and a second transfer unit(130) transferring the test tray from the moving region to a first loading unit. The first transfer unit includes a driving motor, an interlocking unit including a plurality of belts and pulleys transmitting the power of the driving motor, and a first pusher pushing the edge of the test tray. The second transfer unit includes the driving motor, the interlocking unit including the plurality of belts and pulleys transmitting the power of the driving motor, and a second pusher pushing the test tray. |
