A memo device for adhering to a shopping cart is provided to confirm a memo by attaching and detaching a memo board on a holder fixed to the shopping cart. A memo device for adhering to a shopping cart comprises a holder(16) and a memo board(8). The memo device adheres to the shopping cart. A handle is mounted on one end of the shopping cart. The lower end of holder is fixed to the handle to be rotatable and the memo board is detachably fixed to the upper end of the holder. The lower end of the memo board is detachably inserted inside the upper end of holder. The memo board has a square shape. A holder(30) fixing writing instruments(28) is formed on the upper surface edge of the memo board. A magnet(32) is equipped on the lower side wall of the memo board. The memo board adheres to the holder with the magnet.
