A near azeotropic refrigerant mixtures and a refrigeration system using the same are provided to use the refrigerating system steadily without the composition change. A near azeotropic refrigerant mixtures comprises quaternary refrigerant mixtures and additive. The quaternary refrigerant mixtures is made from 1,1,1,2-tetra trifluoro ethane(R134a), penta fluoro ethane(R125), difluoro methane(R32) and propylene(R1270). The additive is the diethyl silicon oil. The weight fractions of the 1,1,1,2-tetra trifluoro ethane: penta fluoro ethane: difluoro methane: propylene is 0.1~99.8: 0.1~99.8: 0.1~99.8: 0.1~99.8. The diethyl silicon oil is added as additive with 0.1~99.8 parts by weight%.
