The invention refers to medicine, particularly ophthalmology and is meant for treating disorders of accommodation apparatus by the method of electropuncture reflexotherapy. The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is acted on the basic acupuncture points GI14, GI11, E36, TR5 with an electric current of negative polarity of an intensity of 25...60 MyA and on the local acupuncture points V1, E1, VB1, BT5, V2, HT1, HT2, HT3, HT9 with an electric current of positive polarity of an intensity of 15...20 MyA, during 1...2 min, at the same time, during one sitting it is acted on at most 3 points. In case of symmetric points it is acted on both sides. The treatment course constitutes 10 sittings.
