The actuator has a fixed body including a parallelepiped spacer (37) with a central opening (38). A movable sliding unit is guided with respect to the body by supporting of a plate shaped pallet contact surface or long side on upper and lower fixed body contact surfaces receiving cylindrical fixed anti-rotation pins (51-54), where the surfaces are convex portions of cylindrical surfaces. The upper and lower surfaces have generators inclined with respect to generators of the former surface. The pins are interposed between a rectangular internal edge (39) and a rectangular external edge.
