Cosmetic composition comprises tightening polymer of polymer network interpenetrated by polyurethane and acrylic polymer, in the form of particle aqueous dispersion; and non-aromatic additional polyurethane of 8-16C diisocyanate/diol having 4-8C carboxylic acid/2-8C non-ionic diol, in a medium.
