<p>The device has an explosive charge provided with an electromagnetic detonator that permits remote triggering of explosion of the charge by a radio electric signal, where the charge is carried by an inflated aerostat balloon at high altitude. The aerostat balloon is filled with hydrogen. The detonator is activated by the radio signal sent from ground by an observer such that the observer from the ground detonates the charge at a desired altitude.</p>
