PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the conventional treatment method, treatment equipment becomes large-scale, thus wide land is required for the treatment, further, since a raw liquid can not be treated as it is, treatment time is much taken, therefore, a contractor who does not have large exhaust quantity shall entrust the treatment to a special treatment contractor, but the treatment cost is high. SOLUTION: The method for treating an emulsified waste liquid comprises: a main flocculated flock forming stage where an inorganic flocculant of acid, preferably, alminum sulfate is added to an emulsified waste liquid, so as to demulsify emulsion, and further, a neutralizer, preferably, slaked lime is added thereto, and, while neutralizing the acid, a flocculated flock is formed; a flocculated flock forming stage performed before or after the main flocculated flock forming stage, where demulsification agent of a polymer is added thereto, to demulsify the emulsion, so as to form a flocculated flock; a lump forming stage where the inorganic flocculant of a mineral is added thereto, and the flocculated flock is coarsened, so as to form a lump; and a filtering/separating stage where the lump is filtered, so as to be separated.
