PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal of a lid, to simplify the structure, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A rubber-like elastic member 8 is interposed in a clearance 7 disposed between an upward opening 4 of a detecting tube head 3 and the peripheral surface of the lid 5. The tip of a driver 36 is inserted between the inner peripheral surface 6 of the upward opening 4 formed in a bowl shape and the elastic member 8, and the driver 36 is turned while the upper end 6a of the inner peripheral surface 6 is used as the turn fulcrum. The lid 5 is lifted up by the turn and the clearance is formed between the lid 5 and the upward opening 4, so that the periphery of the lid 5 is gripped by a hand and the lid 5 is removed.
