<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation at the time when a binding lever is released. <P>SOLUTION: A binder 1 is constituted by being equipped with a first operating part 41 for displacing the binding lever 3 from an unlocked position where the binding lever 3 is made to an open condition by receiving a pushing-down operation to a locked position where the binding lever 3 is made to a closed condition, a holding mechanism 43 for holding the first operating part 41 reached the locked position to the locked position, and a second operating part 42 for releasing the first operating part 41 held by the holding mechanism by receiving the pushing-down operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
