<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell production system step management method, capable of eliminating information of an IC tag to be excluded when an IC tag reader reads information of the IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: The cell production system step management method relating includes a process P1 for reading a noise list, a process P2 for reading a working IC tag after the process P1 for reading a noise list, and a process P3 for collating the noise list after the process P2, for reading a working IC tag, collates information of the working IC tag read by an IC tag reader with the noise list, decides that information of the working IC tag is noise, when the information agrees with the noise list and ignores the information of the working IC tag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
