PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for three-dimensional molding, excellent in weather resistance, scratch resistance and processability, and also to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative resin molded article having the above characteristics using the decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet for three-dimensional molding is a decorative sheet at least including, on a base film, a pattern layer, a primer layer and a surface protective layer, in this order. The surface protective layer is a layer consisting of a cured product of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition including: (A) polycarbonate (meth)acrylate; and (B) polyfunctional (meth)acrylate oligomer being tri- or higher functional. The mass ratio of the polycarbonate (meth)acrylate/polyfunctional (meth)acrylate oligomer is 98/2-70/30. The primer layer is a layer including a polymer of a hindered amine light stabilizer having a reactive functional group A. A decorative resin molded article is formed by a simultaneous injection molding decorative method or an insert molding method, using the decorative sheet.
