<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating connector which easily holds a rotor member at a rotation neutral position, using an attachable/detachable lock member, during a period from the completion of assembling the connector to execution of various inspections on the connector. <P>SOLUTION: First and second engaging portions 5a and 5b are formed integrally on the lock member 5 made of a PET film, etc. an insertion hole 12 formed on the first engaging portion 5a is fitted to an engaging pin 8b erected on a top board 8 of a rotor housing 2, while an insertion hole 13 formed on the second engaging portion 5b is fitted to the outside of an engaging projection 6a projected on an outer cylinder portion 6 of a stator housing 1. A pair of tongue pieces 5d and 5e formed on the second engaging portion 5b are inserted from above and below into a slit 6b of the engaging projection 6a. This prevents the free rotation of the rotor housing 2 against the stator housing 1 to easily hold the rotating connector at the rotation neutral position during the period from the completion of assembling the connector to execution of various inspections on the connector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
