PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreversible circuit element proper to a miniaturization and a thinning, easily and surely adjusting an attenuation value, an insertion loss, an operation frequency, a 10 dB isolation-rate band, a required operation magnetic field, or the like, and surely ensuring an attenuation outside the band. SOLUTION: In the nonreversible circuit element, one ends of first to third central conductors L1 to L3 are positioned at a common potential P0, and the central conductors L1 to L3 are combined with a ferrite 2 and configure a magnetic rotor 1. A first capacitor C1 is connected between the other end P1 of the first central conductor L1 and the other end P2 of the second central conductor L2. A second capacitor C2 is connected between the other end P1 of the first central conductor L1 and the other end P3 of the third central conductor L3. A third capacitor C3 is connected between the other end P2 of the second central conductor L2 and the other end P3 of the third central conductor L3. A fourth capacitor C4 is connected to the common potential P0 and a ground terminal 33.
