PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for detecting a setting error of restraint information and complementing the insufficient restraint information, in a three-dimensional model designed by CAD. SOLUTION: Three-dimensional model data including position information showing positional relation between the models, and the restraint information showing connection relation between the models or the like are stored in a three-dimensional model data storage part 1. A model information extraction part 2 extracts the model interfering or contacting with another model based on the position information or the like. A restraint information inspection part 3 decides that the restraint information has an error when no restraint information is set between the extracted model and all the models interfering or contacting with the extraction model. A restraint information generation part 4 generates the restraint information showing connection between the models between the extraction model and the model interfering and contacting with the extraction model when it is decided that the restraint information has an error.
