The method for the reduction of surface irregularities on Cretaceous-Tertiary lacquer layer of workpiece, comprises dissolving and rinsing dirt particles remained and/or adhered in partially opened hollow area of workpiece before dipping the workpiece in a dip tank for cathodic dip coating during the pre-treatment, by suitable arrangements. High pressure nozzles are arranged for the generation of strong cross-flow in single or all units of the pre-treatment plant with the treatment liquid and are arranged on opening of the hollow area. The high pressure nozzle of the hollow area is automatically pivoted by robots or similar devices. The removal of the adhered dirt particles is promoted and/or reached by vibrators for the support of cross-flow produced through the high pressure nozzle. The vibrators suitable for promoting the removal of the dirt particles are brought through automatic device or manually with the workpiece or workpiece carrier. Ultrasonic or infrasonic generators are incorporated and/or operated for promoting the removal of the dirt particles in dipping baths of the pre-treatment plant. The high pressure nozzle intended for elution of dirt particles for promoting the removal of the dirt particle is fed except with the treatment liquid and additionally with ice granulates and dry ice granulates produced from the treatment liquid. The dirt particles are removed from the treatment liquid by fine filter arrangements or the dirt particles existing entirely or partially from iron and/or steel are removed by magnet separators from the treatment liquid.
|
