PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil circulation type scroll compressor capable of optimizing an oil supply quantity to a compression chamber wherein the fluctuation of compressor efficiency caused by a rotation number change is small. SOLUTION: A flange is provided at a bearing of a turning scroll stored in an intermediate pressure chamber, a sealing ring used as a separation wall for separating the intermediate pressure chamber into two chambers including a high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber is provided, and a plurality of through holes used as oil supply paths from the high pressure chamber to the low pressure chamber are formed at the flange. The through holes are formed at positions for enabling the high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber separated by the sealing ring to communicate with each other by the revolution motion of the turning scroll and a cross-sectional area for making the high pressure chamber communicate with the low pressure chamber is kept constant regardless of a position of the turning scroll by a specification.
