PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler tension adjusting device of a crawler travelling device achieving lightweight while firmly supporting a tension wheel. SOLUTION: The crawler tension adjusting device includes a guide member 52 positioned at one lateral side where grounding rollers 24, 25, 26 of a truck frame 22 are positioned and supported by the truck frame 22, a tension adjusting frame 51 supported by the guide member 52 to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the truck frame, a tension wheel 27 rotatably supported by a wheel supporting part 50 of the tension adjusting frame 51 for supportingly acting on the crawler belt 29, and a tension adjustment mechanism 55 for slidingly adjusting the tension adjusting frame 51 to the guide member 52.
