PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of generating a composite image including an image part and a graphic part with high image quality, while reducing the data amount of conversion table data or the required storage capacity. SOLUTION: A thinning conversion table storing part 602 stores thinned conversion table data, obtained by thinning conversion data from conversion table data for converting image data into composite image data. A conversion table restoring part 701 restores the thinned conversion table data to the conversion table data. The thinned conversion table data are constituted of coordinate data and graphic data, and the conversion table restoring part 701 restores the conversion data of a restoration target in accordance with coordinate data or graphic data, existing around the conversion data of the restoration target.
