PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker easy in a countermeasure against a scale, by reducing a component, in the heating cooker for heating-cooking preparations by steam. SOLUTION: This heating cooker 1 has a body 100, an evaporation cup 200 attachable-detachable to the body 100 and storing water 400, a heating element 230 arranged in the evaporation cup 200 and generating the steam by heating the water 400 in the evaporation cup 200, a steam supply pipe 221 for supplying the steam to the body 100 from the evaporation cup 200, and an induction heating coil 171 arranged in the body 100 and inductively heating the heating element 230.
