PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drunk driving prevention system restrained from bothering a driver while being installed at a steering wheel. SOLUTION: The drunk driving prevention system 10 installed at the steering wheel 2 comprises an alcohol detector 4 for detecting alcohol concentration in breath of the driver and outputting the detection results and a control part 11 for controlling a vehicle 1 based on the detection results of the alcohol concentration input from the alcohol detector 4. The vehicle 1 is equipped with a steering column 21 comprising a tilt mechanism 22 driven by a motor 22a and a telescopic mechanism 23 driven by a motor 23a and a seating sensor 61 for detecting getting on/off of the driver. When the seating sensor 61 detects getting-on of the driver, the control part 11 drives the motors 22a, 23a to make the steering wheel 2 approach a driver's seat 60 by at least either one out of the tilt mechanism 22 or the telescopic mechanism 23.
