PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a listener to further comfortably and easily hear voice. SOLUTION: The hearing aid device for outputting voice to be heard by a listener while emphasizing a predetermined section of the voice includes a voice input part which inputs the voice to be heard by the listener; a voice section detection part which detects the voice section to be emphasized and a voice start point from the voice input by the voice input part; a hearing aid voice generation part which controls the speech speed and formant based on the voice start point detected by the voice section detection part to generate a hearing aid voice; and a voice output part which output the hearing aid-controlled voice generated by the hearing aid voice generation part.
