PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate sheet suitable as a water-permeable weed proof sheet along the rugged shape of the soil, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A light-blocking laminate sheet is formed by stacking hydrophilic unwoven cloth obtained from a semirandom web or a parallel web and a porous film and provided with air permeability of 10 to 500 cc/cm<SP>2</SP>×sec. The manufacturing method of the laminate sheet comprising bonding melt-blow unwoven cloth and the hydrophilic unwoven cloth obtained from the semirandom web or the parallel web by heat, is provided.
