PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet jet head which can improve a precise landing position of liquid droplets and a defoaming performance at the time of liquid filling. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet jet head 1 is equipped with a main channel 5b in which the liquid flows, a plurality of liquid chambers 5a which contain the liquid, a plurality of piezoelectric elements 3a for jetting which change respective volumes of the plurality of liquid chambers 5a, a plurality of restricted channels 5c which communicate respectively with the plurality of liquid chambers 5a and the main channel 5b, and an opening and closing mechanism 6 which opens and closes the plurality of restricted channels 5c.
