PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of unnecessary radiation as much as possible and to hardly receive influence of the unnecessary radiation from the outside even when wiring length of a harness for connecting an on-vehicle electronic equipment and a recording medium connection terminal cannot help being lengthened. SOLUTION: A control switch for electrically connecting/disconnecting wiring connection with the harness 20 for connecting between card slots 6 is arranged at a navigation device 1 side. A control device 2 controls connection/disconnection by the control switch, and the control switch is closed only when it is necessary to perform transferring of data between a memory card and it. Thereby, the circumstance that the unnecessary radiation generated through the harness 20 affects to the other on-vehicle device is avoided as much as possible, and the navigation device 1 side is simultaneously also prevented from receiving influence of the unnecessary radiation from the outside.
