PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film with agreeable touch, excellent shape followability and wear properties, which is manufactured using a material alternative to a conventional material such as a soft vinyl chloride resin or a urethane resin. SOLUTION: The formatio (F) which has been prepared through intensive research comprises: a polyester film (A) having an elastic coefficient of 5 MPa or more and 500 MPa or below and a breaking extension of 300% or more and 2,000% or below; a layer (B) of a urethane-based resin or acrylic resin, which is laminated on one side of the polyester film (A); and a support (E), laminated on the side, of the polyester film (A), which does not have the layer (B).
