An electronic water activator, a bypass system of the electronic water activator, and a water purification system are provided to improve purifying efficiency and durability of an insulator. An electronic water activator(100) using a ceramic insulator includes a conductive electrode rod(110) and a ceramic insulator(120). A flange(122) is formed on an upper part of the insulator and an insertion hole(122a) is formed on the flange. A flow chamber(140) is to be a cap coupling part(143) and a cap(130) is screwed with the cap coupling g part. A drawing hole(130a) is formed on an upper part of the cap and a screw thread(130b) is formed in the cap. A bottleneck part(144) is formed on a bottom part of the flow chamber.
