A set of a polarizer, a liquid crystal panel, and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to improve a mechanical intensity of a liquid crystal panel by using a polyethylene terephthalate film. A polarizer for a liquid crystal panel includes a first polarization plate(20) and a second polarization plate(30). The first polarization plate includes a first polarization film(21) which is made of polyvinyl alcohol group resin and a polyethylene terephthalate film(24) which is laminated on one surface of the first polarization film. The second polarization plate includes a second polarization film(31) which is made of polyvinyl group resin and a protective film(34) which is laminated on one surface of the second polarization film.
