PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy access from the inside of a packing box by extending a platform even in a position lower than a cab upper surface, in a truck with a cargo gear. SOLUTION: The cargo gear is provided rearward of a cab located at the front of the truck with the cargo gear, and the packing box 10 is liftably supported with respect to a vehicle body by the cargo gear. The extended platform 20 extendable in at least one of right and left directions is provided in the packing box 10.
