<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the power consumption in case that a fuel cell is stopping its power generation. <P>SOLUTION: This power converter 4 has an inverter 13 which is arranged between a fuel cell 2 and a system power source 3 and converts DC power generated with the fuel cell into AC power, a communication interface 17, a drive controller 18A, a monitor system controller 18B, and a control power source 100 which is equipped with power sources 19A-19H that supply control power to a plurality of power supply target sections including the communication interface, the drive system controller and the monitor system controller. Herein, the control power source supplies all power supply target sections with power generated by the fuel cell as control power, in case that the fuel cell is generating power. The control power source supplies the power from the system power source to only the monitor system controller and the communication interface as control power, through the power sources 19A and 19B in case that the fuel cell is stopping power generation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
