PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin shaft from being shaven off by a metal stopper when the stopper is incorporated in the resin shaft. SOLUTION: The resin shaft 3 and a resin stopper 11 are provided in this invention. The stopper 11 is structured with an annular main body part 21, into which the shaft 3 is inserted, and engagement pawl parts 23, which are provided on the inside circumferential surface of the main body part 21 to elastically engage with the engagement parts 18 of the shaft 3. The main body part 21 is structured with an elastic member that is elastically deformed when inserting the shaft 3 into the main body part 21 to make the engagement pawl parts 23 contact the contact parts 24 of the shaft 3 and that elastically returns to the original shape when the engagement pawl parts 23 reach the engagement parts 18. Consequently, the resin shaft 3 can be prevented from being shaven off, because the resin stopper 11, whose hardness is lower than metal, can be used as a substitute for the metal stopper.
