An underwear set combined with sanitary napkin comprises: a sanitary napkin including a lining(211), an absorption band(212), a waterproof zone, and an outer cover; an underwear(20) including a supporting part(21) supporting the sanitary napkin while corresponding to the sanitary napkin; a first engaging portion member equipped in the sanitary napkin; and a second engaging member(32) equipped in the supporting part.
