<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterless lithographic printing plate precursor with which plate inspection can be done without a dyeing process. <P>SOLUTION: The waterless lithographic printing plate precursor has at least a photosensitive layer or a heat sensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate, wherein the center average roughness (Ra) of the surface of the silicone rubber layer is 1 to 100 nm, preferably 5 to 50 nm. Moreover, it is preferable to roughen the silicone rubber layer surface by a dry etching process, thereby performing plate inspection without a dyeing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
