PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a load current having high precision suppressing effect of offset without depending on fluctuation of the load current in a detection circuit of the load current using multi-source MOS. SOLUTION: The multi-source MOS is connected to load by providing sense MOS and load MOS. A current detection part has negative input offset voltage characteristics, detects a first sense current when being connected to a power source and the sense MOS, and detects a second sense current when being connected to the sense MOS and the load MOS. A calculation control part calculates a load current based on the first sense current and the second sense current so that effect due to an input offset voltage of the current detection part is canceled.
