Disclosed are: a small-sized highly pressure-resistant electronic device which comprises a quartz vibrator; and a membrane filtration device which comprises the electronic device. Specifically, at least a part of a hollow member (2) of a quartz vibrator (1) is formed of a ceramic, and the quartz vibrator (1) and a circuit board (6) are encapsulated with a resin. Although the quartz vibrator (1), which is formed by arranging a quartz chip (3) within the hollow member (2), has particularly low pressure resistance since the quartz vibrator (1) has a hollow space inside, a small-sized highly pressure-resistant electronic device (100) can be obtained by forming at least a part of the hollow member (2) of the quartz vibrator (1) from a ceramic and encapsulating the quartz vibrator (1) and the circuit board (6) with a resin (8). |
