<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application material extruding container which is equipped with a functional constitution and a female thread member configured against forcible removal. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation stopper 116 is equipped with a functional constitution to engage a filling member 104 and the female thread member 105 rotatably in an axial direction. A pin having a male thread corresponding to a female thread 105j in the inner circumference of an inner cylinder 105b and a protruding part corresponding to a slit 105n on the periphery and an intermediate mold having an annular protruding part corresponding to an annular space 105y between the inner circumference of an outer cylinder 105a and the periphery of the inner cylinder 105b at the tip are inserted from one side of an outer mold having a shape corresponding to the periphery of the outer cylinder 105a on the inner circumference. When the mold is released after a resin is poured in a gap between the molds and is solidified, the inner cylinder 105b expands outward in the radial direction with the help of the slit 105n of the inner cylinder 105b by drawing out the pin after drawing out the intermediate mold to one side. The application material extruding container is equipped with the female thread member 105 which does not prevent the inner cylinder 105b from expanding outward in the radial direction by drawing out the intermediate mold before the pin and enables the pin to be drawn out without breaking the female thread 105j. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
