<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system for a medical facility, which collects efficiently a request or the like from a facility user, and efficiently notifies the facility user of a response thereto of a medical facility. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 1 delivers digital content in response to the request from each of the medical facilities 2a, 2b to 2x, while including a questionnaire image to the facility user of the medical facility in the digital content, when setting the digital content by a content setting means 11, to be delivered. Each of the medical facilities 2a, 2b to 2x provides the delivered digital content to the facility user through a content providing means 21 constituted of a display device or the like. On the other hand, the facility user inputs an answer to the questionnaire through an information input means 23 provided in the medical facility or the like.
