PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door buffer 18 and a door structure, which do not cause an increase in labor for installation and a deterioration in appearance, which can prevent the automatic closing of a door, and which enable the easy and sure closing of the door. SOLUTION: The door structure comprises an opening frame, the door and the buffer; and the buffer is equipped with a buffer body 34 which is attached to an opening, and a joint member which is attached to the door. The buffer body 34 comprises a movable portion 40 which is constituted in such a manner as to be movable in a door opening/closing direction, a joint 42 which is provided in the movable portion 40 and separably joined to the joint member immediately before the closing of the door, a holding mechanism 44 which holds the movable portion 40 in a prescribed standby position and which releases the held state of the movable portion 40 when the joint member is joined to the joint 42, and a pull-in means 46 for pulling in the movable portion 40 while controlling a speed, until the door is closed, when the holding mechanism 44 releases the held state of the movable portion 40.
