<p>An anastomotic tissue connection device in the form of a circular suture clip device which has a head side end (1) and a handle side end (2), with a head part (100) arranged at the head side end (1) comprising a reception means (101) for receiving at least one connection member (10) for the connection of the tissue and which is, furthermore, provided with a counter-pressure plate (201) firmly arranged at a counter-pressure plate holding device (200) and facing the head part (100) for retention during the introduction of the connection members (1 0) into the tissue to be connected, with the head part (100) and the counter-pressure plate holding device (200) being relatively movable towards each other. The counter-pressure plate holding device (200) forms at least one column (202) such that the space (203) directly behind the counter-pressure plate (201) is freely accessible radially to the circumference of the counter-pressure plate (201), with the exception of the space which is occupied by the column (202).</p> |
