PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body supporting structure capable of supplying grease over the peripheral direction of a guide shaft, and to provide a camera equipped therewith. SOLUTION: An externally circular rotary member 64 having a spiral thrust face 64A around the guide shaft 50 is fixed to the guide shaft 50. A thrust member 66 for thrusting the spiral thrust face 64A to rotate the rotary member 64 in the direction of an arrowmark A is provided integrally with a holder 46. When the holder 46 is moved in the direction of an arrowmark C, the thrust member 66 thrusts the spiral thrust face 64A to rotate the guide shaft 50 in the direction of the arrowmark A. Thus, by the rotation of the guide shaft 50, grease 60 in a grease reservoir 62 provided at one position on the guide shaft 50 can be supplied over the peripheral direction of the guide shaft 50.
