PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of directly acting on blood vessels while a hair growth method generally performed is a method indirectly acting on blood vessels such as hair tonic, massage and washing of scalp, and to provide a method of reducing influence of mental stress on the scalp. SOLUTION: By using an implement which applies a pressure to a carotid artery, blood inside the head becomes a saturated state and the blood can be directly sent even into capillary blood vessels. Also, it is easy to feel the blood filling the scalp, the scalp is relaxed and the influence of the mental stress on the scalp is minimized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
