<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves withdrawing a disposable paint suction cup (3) of a spray gun (1). The gun is placed in a cleaning position inside a cleaning unit (5) that is utilized for cleaning the gun, where the cleaning unit is positioned in or directly nearer to a spray painting booth (2) or a preparation zone (31). Another disposable paint suction cup (4) is placed in or directly nearer to the booth. The cleaning unit is actuated by displacing the gun toward a cleaning nozzle (6) on the cleaning unit. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cleaning unit comprising a cleaning nozzle (2) a method for utilizing a spray painting booth (3) a method for cleaning a paint distributing passage. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for cleaning a spray gun inside a spray painting booth that is utilized for painting a part of an automobile, or inside a preparation zone (claimed) after utilization, by using a cleaning substance e.g. solvent such as thinner and water base solvent. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method permits a worker to clean the spray gun inside the spray painting booth or the preparation zone after utilization, in a simple, precise and rapid manner, while holding the gun in his/her hand.
