A fitting structure for a pipe flange of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to improve tightness against air and sustain high pressure and be simply installed to an air conditioner for a vehicle. A fitting structure for a pipe flange of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises a bead part(22a,32a) formed on end of at least one between a first pipe(22) and a second pipe(32); a flexible seal member(44) combined to one side of the bead part; and a protruded strap(22c,32c) formed on at least one between the side of the bead part and the side of a flange block. The protruded strap prevents refrigerant from being escaped by compressing the seal member.
