A system for providing information of turn state information about waiting customers and a portable electronic device are provided to solve the inconvenience of waiting customers by lending a portable electronic device to inform the standby turn information. A window terminal is equipped in one or more financial institution branch office or a head office. A portable electronic device is provided for a waiting customer visiting the financial institution or the head office. The waiting sequence status information is received. Servers(100,300) are connected the window terminal through a financial net, and receives whether a window terminal is the corresponding waiting sequence or the information about present condition of the corresponding sequence number, the received information as described above is transmitted to the portable electronic device provided to the waiting customer. |
