GLYCOL BASED PIGMENT PREPARATION FOR MASS DYEING OF POLYACRYLONITRILE FIBERS

A glycol based pigment preparation for mass dyeing of polyacrylonitrile fibers is provided to method for dyeing of the polyacrylonitrile fibers can be handled easily and is applicable to various spinning solutions and different colors. A method for mass dyeing of polyacrylonitrile includes the followings: 10 ~ 60 weight% of a pigment; 15 ~ 85 weight% of a glycol based solvent; 5 ~ 25 of weight% a surfactant; and a pigment including 0 ~ 10 weight% of an additive. The method for mass dyeing of polyacrylonitrile comprises the following steps of: adding a pigment in a solution of an acrylonitrile polymer or copolymers; adding 2 - 20 weight% of the pigment on the basis of weight of died polyacrylonitrile mass; extruding a mixture of the acrylonitrile polymer or the copolymers and the pigment; and acquiring died polyacrylonitrile fiber.
